Great textbook it has help me get the knowledge I need in this futuristic career development. The difference between this one and the latest edition has to do with better explanation on some chapters and I have identify at least three more chapters add on. It comes with it's own CD-Rom and all. I was given the choice to use old or new edition in PV class and this edition only cost $25.00 where the newer one cost $90.00 or so. Just as expected, nothing to complain about either. If you buy this book, one thing to consider is that the earlier versions that were written have less review questions at the end of each chapter.
